Return and Refund Policy

Returns of products by buyers and acceptance of returned products by sellers shall be managed by us in accordance with the returns page on the marketplace, as may be amended from time to time. Acceptance of returns shall be in our discretion, subject to compliance with applicable laws of the territory Amazon Lagos offers a 7 day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution We may offer refunds, in our discretion in respect of the product price; local and/or international shipping fees (as stated on the refunds page); and by way of store credits, wallet refunds, vouchers, mobile money transfer, bank transfers or such other method as we may determine from time to time. Returned products shall be accepted and refunds issued by Amazon Lagos, for and on behalf of the seller. Changes to our returns page or refunds page shall be effective in respect of all purchases made from the date of publication of the change on our website.

Return Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Item
Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
Step 2: Drop Off the Items or Schedule a Pick up
Return the item at our pickup stations or we can pick up from you within 1 - 4 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.
Step 3: Refund Processed
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days into your Amazon Lagos account.
Items not eligible for Returns
  1. Products that have been altered from their original or opened by an authorized personnel without permission.
  2. Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
  3. Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.
  4. Products damaged due to misuse.
  5. Products in beauty, health and personal care category.
  6. Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
  7. Books and CDs
